Power drain on new battery

I'm hoping someone can help me with the minefield that is the electrical system on my '99 V6 manual S-Type. There seems to power drain on the battery that flattens it after a couple of days, it is definitely not the battery itself because it's brand new. Could it be one of the relays in the power distribution box? Or is it likely to be something more sinister!? I may well have a "sticky" central locking solenoid on the right hand rear door, this could be the problem, however it could be a thousand other things! Any advice or hints in the right direction would be most grateful.
thanks
david

Are there any updates?
I'm not going to waste time making suggestions of what it might be that drained your battery, because you must've already figured it out. What did it turn out to be? Were you able to fix it all right?
