Power Steering problem
«
on:

Hi,
I have s-type jag. This morning when I did a full right turn the steering seems to block and struggle, when I run the vehicle it seems alright, only when stationary could I have any tips what to do now? I don't want to go near the dealer who seems to charge sky high!
Thanks
Julio

Some mechanics will look at your car for free. (They do this hoping you will use them to fix whatever is wrong.) You might want to try that. Is the car new? You may need to break it in. I have trouble steering either way when the car is stationary. Are you sure the wheel isn't touching the curb?
