Small issues to be resolved

Just picked up my 3.0 X type yesterday and noticed a few small problems.
The steering wheel seemed to be sqeeking? Anyone else had this?
Also when I unlocked the doors they all unlocked accept the drivers; this just happened the once at the moment.

I have not heard of a squeeky wheel before. However, if you just got the car new, give yourself some time to break it in.
As far as the locks, if it only happened once, I'd just ignore it.
