have anyone encounter any jerk when changing of gear when in auto mode. I've sent back to agent to rectify but they can't find any fault as it occur occassionally. I wonder could it be some fault of the gearbox ECU.

it sounds like a mechanical problem to me.
ask your dealer to check for fluid color, smell and if there are any excessive metalic parts in the fluid.
perhaps a complete transmission flush and AT oil filter change will help?

Thanks for your advice, anyway I've just sent in to the agent to try fix the problems. Thay've just flush the AT system and I'll monitor to see if there is any improvement.

You should ask technician next time the following:

1.) was the oil with bad smell
2.) a lot of metalic parts in the oil..
3.) the color of the oil...

but it could be a small mechanical (hard part) problem.... perhaps, soleonid problem....  does the jerk happen at specific gear changing?

the jerk mostly occur during low gear change normall at 2nd to 3rd gear but occassionally it does give a jerk when need to release the accelerator a little to slow down... And the problem is whenever I sent in to the agent the technician who does the test drive doen't encounter the problem...Just wonder what really the problem is?

Though the agent did a full flush ( change of gear box oil ) the poblem to this gear jerk still exist. The agent can only say they cant trace the problem as whenever they do a test drive they don't encounter the jerk. My car is only about 2 and half yrs old with mileage of coming to 50,000km only. In actual fact this problems already existed  much earlier before the car reached 50,000km. I'm at a lost and have lost faith and confidence in their after sales service though my car is still within the 3yrs or 100,000km warranty. Any advice anyone?

you should ask them to replace the transmission under the warranty, if it will fail after warranty expires you will pay thousands...
