How often should I check fluid levels? Which fluids should I check?

brake fluid 2 years
cooling fluid 2-3 years
engine oil 10,000km or 6000-7000miles
manual transmission oil 100.000km or 70,000 miles
auto transmission (Jag says it's filled for life..), I would change it every 30-50,000km or 20,000-30,000 miles.
differential 100,000km or 70,000 miles

Well.....It depends? I have officially stopped running out of oil and having tires lose treed they were low on air!
