I used to be a BMW fan, but I can't stand the new ones. Why are they doing this? They weren't stagnating with their cars before they went insane so why are they doing this? The interior of the 5 series and new 3 series is about as inviting as a coffin.

Check out the trunk lines and the lines from that start at the bottom of the rear fenders.

The second car is a Kia Rio which first came out as a 2001 model.

Check out the taillights of the Nissan Primera (from a few years ago) with the taillights of the new BMW 3 series.

What was BMW thinking when they signed off on this interior?!

BMW calls this trim, "aluminum cube."

The woman on the left is an Australian, known as Dame Edna.

Did you know BMW is going to make an MPV (euro minivan) within a few years?

Now these two BMWs are real BMWs.

This M5 is the second generation M5. All second generation M5s have forged aluminum wheels. The BMW 850CSi shown also has forged aluminum wheels.

What was BMW thinking when they signed off on the trunk of the 6 series? The red coupe is the new M6.

Nasty.

The BMW Z4 looks like a smashed toy car with all of those lines and angles. This green is a factory BMW color which is called "Urban Green." They no longer offer it for good reason.

The BMW X3 isn't made at a BMW factory. It is made by a Magna Steyr in Austria. The X3 comes from the factory with nasty, black plastic bumpers.

Take a look at the "refreshed" 7 series. 100 % revolting!

Car:
2005 BMW 730iL

Description:
Faulty wiring caused overheating and engine fire

Location:
United Arab Emirates

The new BMW M5 will just be a rich man's Subaru WRX. It has lost all of the taste and class of previous M5s.

BMW messed up the new Rolls-Royce Phantom.

The following is from Wagner, Rob L. "Classic Cars" page 89:

"The Rolls-Royce was not a particularly stylish car, reflecting the image of a conservative, well-mannered Englishman. And Rolls-Royce management disaproved of ostentatious designs by zealous coach builders."

Check out the M3's engine at the following link

Now this is an M5. It has far more class, taste, and style than the new M5.

A few changes to the current 5 series and it looks like a Pontiac.

The irony of the new BMWs is that the 2006 Pontiac Solstice looks better than them. It came out as a concept at the 2002 Detroit auto show and was shown at the 2004 Detroit auto show in production form. It will go on sale this summer at a base price of $19,995 including a $575 destination chage.

here is the 2002 concept

I'm not too crazy about the taillights, but I like the rest of it.

The interior of this 8 series looks much better than any of the new BMWs. The 8 series first came out in 1990.

Jaguar,

Please build an aluminum S-Type and drop the X-Type. Build the F-Type roadster!
