I have a real bad squeakin noise when I drive and turn . I was told It was The ball joints or bushings and i think maybe ball joints too was also told you dont have to buy whole assembly but " ball joint only" has any one else had problem and do you know where i can get ?

Yup, you should buy the ball joints and then press old ball joints out and replace with new ones. This is what people do on their own or repair shops.

Wheel ball bearings / hub can be also faulty / running out, if it worns out more, you can expect strange sounds while driving.

It could be roll bar links as well, not only ball joints. You should visit a repair shop and ask the guy to test the ball joints and see the roll bar links. Using force you can see if there is a bad movement or even ticking sound or something. A common failure if you are driving on bad roads, or haven't changed these parts for years.

If you have a "clonking" sound from the front, the anti roll bar bushings may be also worn out.

Search Ebay and Jaguar part stores. There are many sellers around these days.

There are currently 2 ball joints for around $110 in Ebay with shipping to US. Where are you located?
