My check engine light came on on my 4.0 2001 jaguar. it said cylinder 2 misfire and the car has a mis expecially at a stop light it shakes, but drives great. auto zone checked the code and it said cylinder 2 misfire so does that mean change the coil?  I did change all of the sparkplugs and it still does it.

Yes, change the spark plug and hopefully it fixes it. The price should be less than $50 for new spark plug.

Usually the problem is with coils, not the spark plugs. You need to read the error codes or replace all 3 hard-to-replace coils under the intake manifold (right side). With the other 3 you can play around without much problems - takes 5 minutes to remove all three....
