passenger side front window motor

I purchased a Bosch window motor, W0133-1611914.  This motor has eight teeth when the original motor that I removed from the door has 10 teeth.  Is it still possible to buy this motor?  Will the motor with only 8 teeth work?  After I successfully installed it, the window seemed to be struggling when I lowered and raised it.
