I just replaced my rotors.  Are bad rotors enough to make sensors send a Traction Control warning and then trigger Engine Recovery Mode (limp home)?

Car runs great when we hit the ABS button and turn ABS brakes off.  With button on, it shuts the car down.

I haven't tried to drive the car with the button on since I put the new rotors on.

Sorry, I am not a big expert with XJ but perhaps you have a bad wheel hub or a failed ABS sensor ?
