Had my 2004 S-type 3.0 V6 sport sitting for 5 months, garage kept. the person who was supposed to take care of the car was supposed to start it up every once in a while to keep the battery going, but of course he did`nt. Battery went dead. He`s a mechanic so he also changed my sparkplugs and the headcover gaske because he said where he started to chage the spark plugs he saw that the gasket was leaking too.
Heres the problem: when i got the car, and first drove it for 7 miles everything was great. Then, next morning, just when i turned the key in it showed me check engine light WITHOUT any orange or red notification. so i went and red the codes, they were exactly as follows:

P1549 - Manif. Cntrl. Veh. Spd. Idle Speed Control Auxilary Inputs
(pending) P1000 - Manif. Cntrl. Veh. Spd. Idle Speed Control Auxilary Inputs
(pending) P1549 - Manif. Cntrl. Veh. Spd. Idle Speed Control Auxilary Inputs

when you erase them - they come back up again the second time you start the car. Car drives PERFECTLY normal as far as i can tell - had it for 2 years everyday driving.

Any help is appreciated. Could it be something that my friend mechanic done and should i get back at him?
