S-type central locking

Hi! I am facing problems with the central locking on my 00-4 liters S-type.
I cannot close the doors and trunk just pressing the close button on the key ring.
The car opens automatically again. I need to press the button twice to close the car. Even inside, I have problems. Even closing with the key itself, it opens up again. It seem that the central lockings process is out of order.
Any ideas?

Does your trunk sensor/switch works correctly?
When you lock the doors, does it immediately unlock itself?
