2001 S-type 3.0 Spark Plugs

What brand and type of spark plugs do you recommend for 2001 S-type 3.0?

Do I need to replace Boss Seals when changing spark plugs?  Should I replace anything else?  Do I need to re-lube anything when I remove intake manifold to reach the 3 spark plugs.

I use NGK myself.....
It's a good idea to replace both boss seals. It will be also nice if you can replace upper and below intake manifold gaskets as well - those are not expensive...
Check the lower breather elbow for any cracks etc - my advice to change the lower elbow as well....
