CD PLAYER Fixing
«

Hi,
I have recently bought a 02 model 2.5 X-Type which is fitted with a cassette player. I would like to upgrade it to a CD player and wondered how I would do that, I suspect going to the Jaguar dealer would be the sensible choice (but also the most expensive) what is an aftermarket unit.......... and could I use one of them. Sorry if I sound ignorant, but basically when it comes to sound systems and cars........I know nothing, I would appreciate any advice anyone could offer.
Thanks in Anticipation

If you do not know anything, you will probably have a lot of trouble installing a CD player yourself. You could call a few mechanics, and find one that will do it for cheap.
